I don't know, I just feel disappointed. It felt like the doctor lacked warmth and empathy. I walked into the room without being greeted with "How are you feeling?" or "How can I help you?". I had to explain my condition, and he didn't ask many questions. The consultation ended in just a minute, with no closing like "Take care," "Thank you," or "Get well soon." I just felt my concern and discomfort were simply dismissed.

"(Helping an uncle give this review.) He went there after making an appointment and consulting with them, but it was very expensive, and he wasn't properly told what the stated price included. He said that the main problem wasn't treated and he had to pay $500 more to resolve the main issue he went there for.
I'm not sure if there was just a miscommunication or what, but hopefully my uncle learned his lesson; he should always ask questions properly and not be afraid to say he doesn't want to go through with the treatment.
I told him he should go to the dermatologist at Kovan (near YMCA kindergarten) because that doctor is reputable, and friends I know who went there highly recommend the place."
