I have been using this clinic since I moved to Pasir Ris in 1999.
I think the clinic needs more flexibility in seeing patients.
I saw the doctor on Monday with early signs of a UTI. The doctor told me to return if I developed a fever.
Two days later, my fever spiked at 39.3°.
I called the clinic to see if I could make an appointment, since I am a repeat patient with the same illness.
I was told I couldn't, as they only accept walk-ins. I arrived at the clinic early, at 1:50 pm, before the official opening. I was then told that I had to wait another two hours!
I think some flexibility could be practiced when a repeat patient is requesting an appointment.
I went to the clinic next door and was seen immediately.

Waited around two hours to see the doctor, as there were quite a few people ahead of me, which is understandable. Then, waited nearly 20 minutes for my medication. Compared to other clinics, this one is the slowest. 😅
