Temp Patient Service Associate (PSA)
Locations Available:

• Pasir Ris
• Marine Parade

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some days may start at 7:00 AM or 7:30 AM)
• Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 5.5 days/week, up to 44 hours/week
• Must be comfortable standing for long hours

Duration: ASAP start till 30 Sep 2025 (monthly contract renewal)
Pay Rate:

• N/O/A Level : $10.50/hr
• Polytechnic Diploma: $13.00/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as front-line staff for registration and appointment scheduling
• Guide patients on self-service kiosks and promote digital services
• Assist in crowd control and respond to walk-in inquiries
• Support ad-hoc tasks as required
