IT Support Executive (6 months contract)

To provide IT support to end users and help IT department to implement IT projects.

Academic Qualification: Diploma

Industrial Experience: 2 to 5 years

Experience in: End users IT Support

Knowledgeable in:

- Microsoft Windows operating system, Win 10 and Win 11

- Microsoft Office software and Office 365 cloud applications

- Microsoft servers and Computer networking.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Provide IT support to end users.

- Provide support on servers and computer networking.

- Setup and migrate computer systems for end users.

- Assist in implementation of new IT projects.

This position reports to IT Manager.
