TutorJohn Learning Centre is a fast-growing education provider in Singapore. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and child-friendly individual to join our team as a Student Care Admin / Manager at our Tampines centre!

If you enjoy working with children, are organised, and have experience managing daily operations — we’d love to meet you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the centre to ensure smooth running
• Maintain and update student records, attendance, and schedules
• Liaise with parents and handle enquiries professionally
• Support tutors and assist in centre activities and class coordination
• Perform general administrative duties and event support

🔹 Requirements

• Prior experience in student care, admin, or education-related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, organised, and independent with multitasking ability
• Comfortable managing children and interacting with parents
• Singaporeans/PRs preferred
