Site Manager

Job Description & Requirements

• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.
• Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues.
• Effectively applies safe and economical methodology enforces project standards.

Requirement:

• Candidate must have recognised Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 8-10 years' construction experience in project/site management in construction industry
• Work as Team leader, leading team on project requirements and target achievement
• Completed relevant safety courses required by MOM
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
• Working location: Pasir Ris
