Sales Support (Shipment) - Loyang/Pasir Ris/Changi // 6 months - $4,000

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Generate sales quotations upon request from customers or the sales team.
• Enter orders and follow up with customers regarding delivery dates, including system project orders, PO placement with sources, and logistics matters.
• Release shipments for pick/pack and coordinate with freight forwarders for pickup.
• Support Field Service with service orders and billing.
• Handle quality complaints between customers and the source plant.
• Update lead times for equipment parts.
• Follow up on incoming shipments (equipment parts), including system projects.
• Perform ad-hoc activities or administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level or Diploma level.
• Proficiency in PC-Work (MS Office: Excel, etc.).
• Preferred knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with international customers.
