Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• lead the tendering process
• prepare tender documentation
• submit quotation or tender document
• estimate construction cost in competitive manner
• monitor monthly progress
• process claims and contractual payment
• negotiate and award sub-contractors
• attend site meeting and assist supervisors in letter/report writing and corresponding contract issues
• responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure to project manager.
• order paint materials correctly and follow up with the delivery status

Requirements:

• degree in quantity surveyor or equivalent
• at least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry
• good in English communication (very important!) Must be confident on talking to clients and suppliers!
• good in attitude and must be willing to learn.
• Prefer someone who has at least 1 years' working experience in SG as a QS!!!
