Project Engineer [HDB Project]

Job Responsibilities:

• To conduct and carry out TBM and allocate the task to supervisors and team.
• Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly construction report.
• To monitor the site progress and highlight obstructions to carry out works.
• Ensure site team perform all the activities in safe and effective manner.
• Assist in technical studies and prepare for monthly progress claim.
• Assist in project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, plan schedule and sequencing project elements.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Prepares project progress reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains project data base, entering and backing up data.
• Prepare the site progress photos for progress.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Residential Construction industry.
