Procurement/Purchasing Executive

Job Purpose:

• To source, negotiate commercial terms and purchase equipment/ materials.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing of materials/ equipment from both local and overseas vendors.

· Commercial negotiation with vendors to meet budget

· Ensure on-time delivery of equipment, services rendered, spares as per contract agreement via different delivery terms.

· Ensure commercial paperwork is well documented

· Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing matter with vendors.

· Working closely with Internal and external stakeholders

· Update project progress & deliverables status

· Raising PO / Admin / Retrieving documents from vendors

· Responsible for purchasing mobilization items

· All other ad-hoc requirements as required

· Candidate should be very familiar with Chinese and/or Indonesian Markets and Vendors in order to achieve the best terms for the company.
