Job Description

At Josiah Montessori, we nurture both hearts and minds through our unique blend of Montessori education and music. We’re looking for a proactive, passionate Principal to lead our preschool with excellence in operations, curriculum, and people development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and daily operational oversight

• Lead curriculum planning and ensure authentic Montessori practices

• Guide and support teachers; cover duties when staff are absent

• Build warm, trusting relationships with children, parents, and staff

• Oversee compliance, audits, enrolments, and centre administration

• Drive positive change and act decisively to support the school community

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Leadership

• At least 3 years’ experience in a leadership or senior teaching role

• Montessori experience is advantages

• Excellent multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Hands-on leader with a heart for children and a strong sense of responsibility
