Job Responsibilities

• Meeting the routine needs of the children
• Planning, preparing and carrying out activities with the children to encourage exploration and discovery
• Supervising the children to ensure their safety and well-being
• Observing and assessing each child’s development and learning
• Communicating and engaging with parents regularly
• Creating a positive, secure and stimulating environment for the children
• Responsible for the upkeeping of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decoration, and learning environment of the classroom.
• Maintain and build a relationship with parents

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) in Chinese Language
• ECDA Certified / L2 Certified
• Creative and inspiring with loving energy
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Knowledge in educational development
