Temporary Patient Service Associate (PSA)

Location: Marine Parade / Pasir Ris Polyclinic
Contract Duration: ASAP – 30 September 2025 (Monthly renewal)
Vacancies: 2 positions

Salary:

• $10.50/hour - $13/hour

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
  Some days may require earlier start (e.g. 7:00 AM or 7:30 AM)
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 5.5 days per week, up to 44 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as frontline support at the Polyclinic
• Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling
• Promote and assist with digital services and self-service kiosks
• Handle crowd control and respond to patient queries
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be able to commit until 30 September 2025
• No interview required — shortlisted applicants will be contacted for a phone screening

Additional Information:

• Candidates must attend a pre-employment vaccination appointment at the Polyclinic to verify validity of vaccinations (e.g., TDAP, MMR, COVID-19, Varicella, Hep B)
