Operation Supervisor

Job Description

The Employee shall be employed as an Operation Supervisor.

Duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Assist in the planning and execution of operations strategies.

- Monitor and improve operational processes.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Manage day-to-day operations, including supervising staffs and coordinating activities.

- Oversee precision engineering activities to ensure high standards of accuracy and quality in manufacturing.

- Perform any reasonable duties as may be assigned by the Employer from time to time.

- Travel as necessary to various locations to oversee operations, attend meetings, and represent the company.
