Materials Planner- Machineries Spares Management (Changi)

Responsibilities:

• Manage stored inventory of machinery spares and strike a balance between excess and shortfalls
• Monitor usage trend and plan purchases
• Raise PR for planned and unplanned purchases
• Monitor PR until spares arrives
• Manage transfers of spares
• Manage 'Beyond Economical Repair' spares and follow up replenishment
• Prepare monthly reports related to spares usage and consumption levels
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reports submissions
• Indent spares, monitor and ensure delivery to user
• Check and close Maintenance Order
• Liaise with client on spares matter
• Perform some hands-on packing spares may be required occasionally
• Arrange and take part in stocktaking

Requirements:

• NTC or Diploma in any Engineering field or Logistics/Supply Chain
• Meticulous in planning and inventory tracking
• Experience in using SAP MM is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
• Able to handle ambiguities and uncertainties with operations and clients
• Able to work independently and find out information from various parties
• Willing to work in Changi
