Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our content production team. In this role, you will assist in editing video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, and other company initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational editing skills who is eager to learn and grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Assist with organizing and maintaining a video asset library.
• Collaborate with producers, designers, and other editors to ensure videos align with brand guidelines and creative vision.
• Support post-production tasks such as color correction, audio syncing, and basic motion graphics.
• Export and format videos for various platforms, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Stay current on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve editing quality.

Requirements

• Basic experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of editing principles, storytelling, and pacing.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to receive and apply feedback.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and aspect ratios for web and social media.
• Portfolio or demo reel showcasing editing skills.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of After Effects or other motion graphics tools.
• Experience with audio editing and color grading.
• Understanding of social media platforms and trends (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Degree or certificate in Film, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
