HR Executive (3mths Contract)

As a Contract HR Executive , you will play a critical role in supporting the General Affairs and Recruitment team in administration support. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment, collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders across different departments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Recruitment team to source including sourcing, screening candidates and pre-onboarding preparations
• Support in the general affairs and administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our 2 office premises
• Liaise with suppliers to source and compare prices for office and pantry supplies
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process
• To assist to manage the corporate pantry and office stationery supplies replenishment for the 2 office premises
• Application of Seasonal Airport Passes for employees and Visitor Passes for ad-hoc visitors
• Propose and administer employee's appreciation, celebrations giftings and compassionate floral orderings etc.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of HR/GA
  

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Min 1 year HR related experience will be advantage
• We also welcome fresh graduate who are willing to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
