Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating domestic and international relocations.
  • Prepare and track mobility-related documentation (e.g., visa applications, relocation forms).
  • Liaise with external vendors (immigration consultants, relocation providers).
  • Maintain mobility trackers and assignment databases.
  • Support compliance efforts by organizing documentation and timelines
  • Track and apply work pass application

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR administration; exposure to mobility is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
