📌 Customer Service Agent (6-Months Contract to Perm)
📍 Location: Changi North
🚌 Company Transport: Pick-up from Pasir Ris, Tampines, Hougang, Sengkang, Ang Mo Kio, Woodlands, Yishun
💰 Salary: Up to S$2,700/month
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
📅 Duration: 6 months contract, convertible to permanent

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and efficient service for order processing through hotline, email, or sales order system
• Handle urgent delivery and special timing requests, liaising with the delivery team to ensure successful fulfilment
• Process orders in compliance with sales restrictions, price approvals, and principal-specific requirements
• Coordinate and communicate between customers, principals, warehouse, and delivery team to resolve any order or delivery issues
• Verify and analyze order-related information, and follow up on order discrepancies or complaints
