Job Scope / Responsibilities:

-Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

-Lead the development and execution of the company’s business strategies, focusing on growth, profitability, and market expansion.

-Represent the company in key external engagements with stakeholders, investors, partners, and government bodies.

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand the company's market presence and capabilities.

-Foster relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive business development and revenue growth.

-Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments to adjust business strategies accordingly.

-Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews of team performance, addressing any operational challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles

- Strong understanding of corporate governance, business strategy, and financial management.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

-Degree or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
