Requirements:

• A recognized Diploma in Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L) / Diploma in Early Childhood Centre and Education - Leadership (DECCE-L), or its equivalent recognized by ECDA.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English (to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates)
• At least 3 Years (s) of working experience in the Child Care/Pre-School setting is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Education or equivalent.

Job Description

• Work with the teams providing leadership, monitoring, support, & coaches to the teachers, relationship with parents, and a harmonious working environment.
• Responsible for program planning, & assuming day-to-day operation of the Child Care Centre.
• Work within the Child Care Centre policies, philosophy, and procedures.
• Management, and delivery of quality Child Care Centre curriculum to ensure daily operations, financial, human resources, & management of the center are carried out smoothly and effectively.

Salary: $4,800.00 to $6,000.00 /month
