• Position : Café Barista / Café Crew (5 Days Work) – Up To $3,500 Gross
• Location : ION Orchard / Changi Jewel
• Working hours : 5 Days Shift Work – 44 Hours Per Week
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic of $3,000 + Attendance Allowance + Average Commission of $300 - $500 Annual Bonus + 12 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Staff discounts + Comprehensive training & Career Development Plan

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages
• Handle cashier and order-taking duties Engage customers, answer queries, and provide feedback
• Maintain daily housekeeping, cleanliness, and product display
• Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team

Requirements:

• Basic F&B or bubble tea experience preferred (training provided for willing learners)
• Barista experience with at least 4 years can consider for Senior level (Gross of $3,500)
