Assistant Process Engineer (Thin Film)

Job Description:

• Ability to perform first level investigation out of control situation and line excursions, abnormal lot/tool judgement due to inline OOC and OOS from SPC chart.
• Work closely with equipment, process and production to ensure key module objectives are met.
• Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance by department SOP.
• Analyze different types of defects and provide clear containment action with good troubleshooting.
• Able to work independently with a limited degree of supervision.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Chemistry/Microelectronics/Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant working experience in Etch Process semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Willing to work in clean room environment.
• Able to perform 12-hour rotating night shift.
• An excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong logical thinking capability and good analytical skill.
• Highly committed with good ownership and accountability.
• Passion for semiconductor/manufacturing industry.
• Able to adapt in a fast pace environment and work under pressure.
• Entry level in MS Office Applications.
