Accounts Executive

• Billing to Customers: Generate and issue invoices for goods or services rendered.
• Retrieve Payment Details: Extract and reconcile payment information from bank statements.
• Customer Account Management: Open and maintain new customer accounts in the system.
• Statement of Account (SOA): Prepare and print SOA upon customer request.
• Payment Updates: Update customer payment records in the system accurately and timely.
• Job/Project VO Creation: Generate Variation Orders (VO) for specific jobs or projects as needed.
• Contract Closure: Ensure proper closure of contracts upon completion of terms or projects.
• Purchase Orders (PO): Create and manage Purchase Orders.
• Initiate and track PO Requisitions.
• Monthly Reporting: Compile and submit monthly reports including:
• Accrued billing
• Manpower usage
• Other cost consumptions

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of general accounting and billing procedures
• Team player who can also work independently
• Knowlege of accounting software will be an advantage eg: Accpac/Microsoft Business Central
