Responsibilities:
· Prepare sales invoices and payment vouchers
· Handle petty cash claims and reimbursements
· Scan, file, and organize company records and documents
· Manage general administrative duties such as data entry and correspondence
· Assist in office management tasks and support daily operations
· Perform basic accounting data entry (e.g., recording transactions)
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· At least 1 year of administrative experience in Singapore
· Basic accounting knowledge (data entry only, no full-set accounting required)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
· Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
· Experience in the construction industry or project-based work will be an advantage
