Accounts Assistant (AR/AP/Simple Duties) – Up to $3,500

• Position : Accounts Assistant (AR/AP/Simple Duties) – Up to $3,500
• Location : Lavender (Near MRT)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8am to 5pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus of Average 2 - 3 Months + Up to 14 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Mobile Allowance
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Electronics Components Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling AP & AR scopes.
• Handle petty cash disbursement and process staff claims
• Bank reconciliation
• Deposit paid/received schedule
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must possess least a ITE or Diploma in Accountancy with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
• Immediate Starter will be preferred
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with associates who can only speak Mandarin.
