Account Executive up to $3500 (Pasir Ris)

Account Executive

Working Hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)

Salary : $3000 - $3500

Location : Pasir Ris

Job Scope:

• Handle overseas accounts and Singapore accounts
• Perform daily bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Issue invoices, process payments, and perform bank reconciliations
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements
• Liaise with overseas clients and vendors on billing and payment matters
• Support audit, tax, and compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate accounting records and proper documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, or equivalent
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Hands-on experience with AP and AR is required
• Familiar with partial set of accounts
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
